Turn a sourdough hobby into a licensed microbakery with Gemini
Inna Pak, a stay-at-home mom in San Francisco's Richmond District, turned to AI to learn how to make a sourdough hobby a business. 'When I was doing my license, I don't think I could actually do it without the A.I. help,' Pak said. Pak used Gemini for everything from how to create labels for the loaves to ingredient measurements and baking schedules, and even the bakery's name, Plum Perfect. Since opening in May, Pak sells 10 to 20 loaves a week through a Saturday pop-up and online orders, and dreams of a brick-and-mortar bakery.

The lawyer did the final check and by then basically said it looked good, and jedberg saved a lot of money by doing the first three rounds with Claude.
