A prompt is the message you send to the AI tool. Copy the one on this page, put your own details where it asks, and read the answer before you act on it.

The source didn't share its exact prompt, so we wrote one from what it describes. The result shown is the source's, not ours.
The person didn't share their exact words, so we wrote this from what they described. We haven't tested it, and they didn't use this exact version.
Here is this month's campaign statistics report for [CLIENT]. Extract the key variables (reach, clicks, conversions, spend and so on), summarize what the numbers show compared with last period, suggest two or three next actions, and fill in our presentation template with the results. Mark anything you're unsure of for my review.

This prompt has blanks to fill in, like [CLIENT]. We'll copy it instead of filling it in, so you can edit it before you send.

Before you start, ask me 1–3 short questions about the details below and wait for my answers. Once I've answered, confirm the plan in one line and run the whole task start to finish. Goal: A client-ready campaign report built automatically from each new stats export. Questions to ask me first: - Which platforms do the stats come from? - What does your presentation template contain? - Who reviews the report before it goes out? Inputs (fill in or confirm): - Stats report: [FILE IN DRIVE FOLDER] - Template: [SLIDES OR DOC] - Metrics that matter: [REACH, CLICKS, CONVERSIONS, SPEND] - Previous period: [FILE] Rules: - Copy numbers exactly; never round without saying so. - Separate what the data shows from what you recommend. - Flag missing or odd metrics instead of filling them in. - Nothing goes to the client before a human review. Checkpoint: Show the extracted variables before writing the summary. If you get stuck: If the report format changes, stop and list the fields you couldn't find. Verify before you finish: Every number in the presentation matches the source report. Output: A filled-in presentation with a short summary and recommendations. Done when: The report is reviewed and ready to send to the client.

Outcome
At the agency Le Trefle à 5 Feuilles, building client presentations of campaign statistics by hand took about 3 hours each time: gathering every stats report, making the presentation available to the client, and interpreting the numbers with recommendations. Sebastien Bosse-Platiere automated it inside Google Workspace with Google Apps Script and three Gemini Gems. The script watches a Google Drive folder for a new statistics report; the first Gem decodes it and inserts the variables, the second interprets and sums up the statistics, and the third merges them into the presentation template. A person reviews the finished presentation before it goes to the client. Producing the report now takes only 3 minutes, leaving the consultant's time for analyzing the campaign.
