  1. Tap Copy prompt.

  3. Paste it into the message box.
  4. Send it, then read the answer before acting on it.
New to this? What's a prompt?

A prompt is the message you send to the AI tool. Copy the one on this page, put your own details where it asks, and read the answer before you act on it.

Prompt

Recreated prompt

The source didn't share its exact prompt, so we wrote one from what it describes. The result shown is the source's, not ours.

What the prompt labels mean

The person didn't share their exact words, so we wrote this from what they described. We haven't tested it, and they didn't use this exact version.

Using our Notion recipe library as context, draft this week’s family meal plan with /meal-plan style instructions that respect our prefs. After I edit the draft, use the browser to fill my Instacart cart from the plan. Stop before checkout.

Try this in:

Sends the Recreated prompt shown above. ChatGPT and Grok open with it filled in, and ChatGPT may send it straight away. Gemini and Claude open empty, so we copy the prompt for you to paste. Every button also copies it.

The source used Claude Code and Claude in Chrome, which can take actions on your computer or in a browser. These are general chat tools, so results may differ, and a normal chat may only give you a plan.

Opens in a new tab. We don't see what you send.

Optional stronger version

Our rewrite with extra checks. The poster didn't test it.

Before you start, ask me 1–3 short questions about the details below and wait for my answers. Once I've answered, confirm the plan in one line and run the whole task start to finish.

Goal: Draft a family meal plan from our saved recipes and fill an Instacart cart without paying.

Questions to ask me first:
- Where do shared recipes live?
- Any bans or busy nights this week?
- Which grocery site should the browser use?

Inputs (fill in or confirm):
- Recipe source: [NOTION / FILES]
- Prefs/bans: [LIST]
- Store: [INSTACART]

Rules:
- Treat the plan as an editable draft.
- Never check out or enter payment.
- Prefer recipes already in our library.

Checkpoint: Show the draft meal plan and wait for edits before opening Instacart.

If you get stuck: If browser automation fails, export a plain shopping list instead.

Verify before you finish: Cart lines match the approved plan or are marked unavailable.

Output: Editable meal plan plus filled cart summary.

Done when: I can review the cart and pay myself.

Outcome

Geoffrey Litt keeps family recipes in Notion (many from cookbook photo OCR) and exposes them to Claude Code over MCP. Slash commands /meal-plan and /instacart draft a week from those prefs, then Claude in Chrome fills the Instacart cart from the plan. Litt treats the plan as an 80% draft to edit, and says the bot unsticks the weekly chore and saves some weekend time.
