A prompt is the message you send to the AI tool. Copy the one on this page, put your own details where it asks, and read the answer before you act on it.

The source didn't share its exact prompt, so we wrote one from what it describes. The result shown is the source's, not ours.

What the prompt labels mean

The person didn't share their exact words, so we wrote this from what they described. We haven't tested it, and they didn't use this exact version.

I have a weekly grocery list in a Google Sheet. Open Carrefour, pick a delivery slot between 6 and 8 PM on the next business day, search each product, add the right quantities to the cart, handle CAPTCHAs if they appear, and notify me when the cart is ready for me to review and pay. Do not check out.

Sends the Recreated prompt shown above. ChatGPT and Grok open with it filled in, and ChatGPT may send it straight away. Gemini and Claude open empty, so we copy the prompt for you to paste. Every button also copies it.

The source used Claude Cowork, which can take actions in a browser or app. These are general chat tools, so results may differ, and a normal chat may only give you a plan.

Optional stronger version

Our rewrite with extra checks. The poster didn't test it.

Before you start, ask me 1–3 short questions about the details below and wait for my answers. Once I've answered, confirm the plan in one line and run the whole task start to finish.

Goal: Fill my online grocery cart from a sheet list and stop before payment.

Questions to ask me first:
- Which store URL and delivery window should you use?
- Where is the shopping list, and which items are must-buys vs flexible?
- Should you stop for CAPTCHAs or try a few times first?

Inputs (fill in or confirm):
- Store: [CARREFOUR / OTHER]
- List: [GOOGLE SHEET / FILE]
- Delivery window: [6–8 PM NEXT BUSINESS DAY]
- Must-buy brands: [SKYR / OAT MILK / …]

Rules:
- Search each line item and match quantity.
- Prefer my named brands when listed.
- Never enter payment or place the order.
- If a CAPTCHA appears, try a few times, then hand control back if stuck.

Checkpoint: After the first three items, show what landed in the cart and wait for a quick OK.

If you get stuck: If login or CAPTCHA blocks you after a few tries, stop and tell me what you need.

Verify before you finish: Every list line is either in the cart, substituted with my approval, or marked unavailable.

Output: A filled cart summary plus a ready-for-payment notification; no checkout.

Done when: I can open the cart, spot-check items, and pay myself.

Outcome

On a Sunday evening, Mateusz Tatara watched Claude Cowork work through a Google Sheet shopping list on Carrefour's site, adding items such as Skyr yogurt and oat milk with quantities. A boat CAPTCHA blocked the first tries; after a few attempts Claude Cowork selected the right images and continued. The skill picks a 6–8 PM next-business-day delivery slot, fills the cart, and sends a desktop notification so Tatara can review and pay. Cart work takes about 30 minutes depending on list size—slower than shopping by hand, but frees that block of attention.
