Gemini: Parties, Events & Going Out

Plan a date that breaks the dinner-and-a-movie routine with Gemini

Stuck for years in a 'dinner and a movie' routine, Android Police's Rahul Naskar asked Gemini to plan a different date. They say their partner felt the difference; telling stories it suggested brought a big smile to their face, and they have saved its idea of a 'stress-free' nature date for next time.

Create a Ninjago-themed birthday quest with activity scroll and medallions using Gemini and ChatGPT

A parent who once ran a kids' party business used Gemini and ChatGPT to create visual assets for their son's 7th birthday quest: a ninja 'scroll' showing all the activities and an elemental medallion that kids filled with stickers as they completed challenges. The parent says the scroll helped walk the kids through the activities and the medallions kept them focused and became souvenirs.

Make personalised storybooks and a party game for a baby shower with Gemini

Organising a baby shower for three colleagues, a poster used Gemini's Storybook feature, with a photo and family names, to create a custom children's book for each family; they say the storylines were touching and the illustrations gorgeous. They also had Gemini write Family Feud-style survey questions and used NotebookLM for a comedy tribute video and an AI game-show co-host.
